Higher  Secondary  Examination  is  conducted  twice  in  a  year

3.  Award  of  Certificate

அன்புள்ள நண்பா,

                        நான் நலம், உன் நலம் மற்றும் உன் வீட்டார் அனைவரின் நலம் அறிய ஆசை, மாநில அளவில் நடைபெற்ற 'மரம் இயற்கையின் வரம்' என்னும் தலைப்பிலான கட்டுரைப் போட்டியில் நீ கலந்து கொண்டு முதல் பரிசு பெற்ற செய்தியை நாளிதழில் உன் புகைப்படத்துடன் கண்டு பெருமகிழ்வு கொண்டேன்.
