PROMOTION OF STUDENTS
Class wise bulk promotion will be done by state EMIS team for all schools. The schools need to assign the sections based on the shuffling made for the coming Academic Year. Terminal classes will be moved to Common Pool based on the category of schools.
- Primary Schools - V Std
- Middle Schools - VIII Std
- High Schools - X Std
- Higher Secondary Schools - XII Std
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE
All the schools can update TC details and have it saved. Do not issue the TC now. A few modifications are expected to happen. Only limited EDIT option will be given.
PROFILE UPDATION OF SCHOOL, TEACHERS & STUDENTS
- Update the profile of Schools under seven domains in UDISE + and keep a copy of the UDISE data when the provision is enabled.
- Update all fields in the profile of Teaching and Non- Teaching staff as per records including Vaccination details.
- After assigning the classes for students, update all fields in the
- profile of students including AADHAR and Vaccination details
- (Eligible Schools only).
FRESH ENTRY & COMMON POOL RECORDS
Create fresh entry via REGULAR OPTION only for students from other Country, other State, Pondicherry and for those students for whom ID was not created so far. MIGRANT option is only for dropout
students.
Pool in the records of students who have ID from Common Pool by raising request if they have joined your school this year from other
school by updating the required fields.
TNSED SCHOOL APP
TNEMIS SCHOOL APP is now renamed as TNSED school app. After re-opening of schools, Government and Aided schools should
everyday mark Staff, Students and Local Body attendance after selecting the School Status appropriately.
Government schools should update Library books module & Health Check-up module which contains - Eye-Screening, BMI & Nutrition
& Noon-Meal in the APP
EMIS REPORTS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Kindly follow the reports and instructions shared from District office to find the completion status of your school and complete it as
expected.
