அன்புத் தம்பி/தங்கையே!

நான் உங்கள் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் பேசுகிறேன், நம் மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள அனைத்து குழந்தை செல்வங்களாகிய உங்களுடன் நேரில் பேசிட ஆவல் ஆனால் அதற்கான அவகாசம் இல்லாத காரணத்தால் இக்கடிதம் மூலம் உங்களது பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு பற்றிய கருத்துக்களை உங்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதில் நான் எல்லையற்ற மகிழ்ச்சிடைகிறேன். இவ்வுலகத்தில் பிறந்த ஒவ்வொரு குழந்தைக்கும் வாழும் உரிமை, வளர்ச்சிக்கான உரிமை பாதுகாப்பு உரிமை, மற்றும் பங்கேற்க்கும் உரிமை உள்ளன,

நம் (மாவட்டத்தின் பெயர்) மாவட்டத்தில் குழந்தை திருமணம், குழந்தைகளுக்கு எதிரான பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல் போன்ற செயல்களை தடுக்கும் வகையில் உங்களுக்கு சில ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்க உள்ளேன்.  குறிப்பாக உன்னை எப்படி உன்னாலே பாதுகாக்க முடியும் என்பது அது. யாராவது உன்னிடம் பாலியல் ரீதியாக தவறாக செயல்பட முயற்சித்தால் தொடவிடாதே! எதிர்த்து நில்! சத்தமாக கூச்சலிடு! நிறுத்து எனக்கு பிடிக்கவில்லை! உன்னைப்பற்றி சொல்லிவிடுவேன் என்று தைரியமாக சொல்!! உடனடியாக அந்த இடத்தை விட்டு ஓடு!!. அப்படி யாரேனும் உன்னிடம் தவறாக நடந்தால் உனக்கு நம்பிக்கைக்குரிய பெற்றோரிடமோ, ஆசிரியிரிடமோ, அல்லது நண்பர்களிடமோ சொல்லி உதவி கேள்! அல்லது உங்களுக்கென்று


உதவி செய்ய உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நம் சைல்டு ஹெல்ப்லைன் 1098 என்ற இலவச அவசர தொலைபேசி எண் மூலம் அந்த தகவலை கூறி உதவி கேள், உங்களின் விவரம் ரகசியமாக பாதுகாப்பத்துடன் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைக்கு தேவையான ஆலோசனை வழங்கப்படும். குழந்தைகளுக்கு பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியவர் மீது சட்ட  ரீதியான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும், அதுமட்டுமல்லாமல் அக்குழந்தைக்கு பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு தேவைப்பட்டால் விடுதி வசதியும் ஏற்படுத்தி தரப்படும்.

குழந்தைகளாகிய நீங்கள் நம் (மாவட்டத்தின் பெயர்) மாவட்டத்தில் குழந்தை திருமணம் தடுத்தல் பற்றிய விவரங்களையும் தெரிந்துகொள்வது  மிக அவசியமான ஒன்றாகும் அதன்படி 18 வயது நிறைவடையாத பெண்ணுக்கும் 21 வயது நிறைவடையாத ஆணுக்கும் திருமணம் நடத்தி வைக்கப்படுவது,  நடத்த ஏற்பாடு செய்வது,  வற்புறுத்துவது போன்ற செயல்கள் இந்திய குழந்தை திருமண தடுப்பு சட்டம் 2006 படி தண்டனைக்குரிய செயலாகும் எனவே உங்களை பாதுகாத்துக்கொள்ள இதுப்பற்றிய தகவல் உங்களுக்கு தெரிந்தாலோ இந்த கொடுஞ்செயல் உங்களுக்கு நடக்க இருந்தாலோ குழந்தைகளுக்கான 24 மணி நேர இலவச அவசர தொலைபேசியான சைல்டு லைன் 1098 க்கு தகவல் தெரிவித்து உதவிக் கேட்கலாம்.

தற்போதைய சூழலில் போதைக்கு அடிமையாகும் நபர்கள் அதிகம் உள்ளனர். ஆனால் நீங்கள் எப்பொழுதும் எந்த விதமான போதைக்கும் அடிமையாக கூடாது. போதை "எனக்கு வேண்டாம் நமக்கும் வேண்டாம்" என்ற உறுதியோடு செயல்பட வேண்டும். உங்கள் உடலை உறுதியாக ஆரோக்கியமான வைத்துக்கொள்ள உடல்பயிற்சி செய்யுங்கள். 

 இந்த உலகம் அனைவருக்குமானது எனவே உங்கள் வகுப்பை சாதி வேறுபாடுகள் ஏதுமில்லாத சமத்துவமிக்க வகுப்பறையாக மேம்படுத்தவேண்டும்.

நம் (மாவட்டத்தின் பெயர்) மாவட்டதில் உங்களுக்காக வந்து உதவி செய்ய நானும் மற்ற குழந்தைகள் நலன் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு சார்ந்த அதிகாரிகளும் தயாராகக் இருக்கிறோம் இந்த தகவலை நீங்கள் தவறாமல் உங்களின் நண்பர்களுக்கும் தெரிவிப்பாய் என்று நம்பிகின்றேன். நாம் அனைவரும் இணைந்து செயல்பட்டு நம் மாவட்டத்தை குழுந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு நலமிக்க மாவட்டமாக உருவாக்கிடுவோம்.

தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து தேர்வுகளிலும் திருக்குறள் தொடர்பான வினாக்கள் கேட்பது கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது’ என உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் அரசு தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மதுரையைச் சேர்ந்த ராம்குமார், உயர் நீதிமன்ற மதுரை அமர்வில் பொதுநல மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார். திருக்குறளில் அறத்துப்பால் மற்றும் பொருட்பால் அதிகாரங்களில் உள்ள அனைத்து திருக்குறள்களையும் 6-ம் வகுப்பு முதல் பிளஸ் 2 வரையிலான பாடத் திட்டத்தில் சேர்க்க 2016-ல் உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது.

இதன் அடிப்படையில், தமிழக அரசு 2017-ல் அரசாணை வெளியிட்டது. இருப்பினும், அந்த அரசாணை பெயரளவில் மட்டுமே உள்ளது. மொத்தம் 30 திருக்குறள் முதல் 60 திருக்குறள்கள் மட்டுமே கற்பிக்கப்படுகிறது. பாடத் திட்டத்தில் திருக்குறள் மட்டும்தான் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் பொருள் கொடுக்கப்படவில்லை. மாணவர்கள் தேர்வுகளில் திருக்குறள் பெயரளவில் தான் இடம் பெறுகின்றன.

எனவே, தமிழகத்தில் 6-ம் வகுப்பு முதல் பிளஸ் 2 வரையிலான பாடத் திட்டத்தில் திருக்குறளின் அறத்துப்பால் மற்றும் பொருட்பாலின் அதிகாரங்களில் உள்ள திருக்குறள்களை பொருளுடன் இடம் பெறச் செய்யவும் தேர்வுகளில் திருக்குறள் சம்பந்தமான கேள்விகள் இடம் பெறச்செய்யவும் உத்தரவிட வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு மனுவில் கூறப்பட்டிருந்தது.

இந்த மனு நீதிபதிகள் எம்.எஸ்.ரமேஷ், மரிய கிளாட் அமர்வில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அரசு தரப்பில், "அனைத்து வகுப்புகளுக்கும் திருக்குறள் பாடமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. முன்பெல்லாம் திருக்குறள் மட்டுமே பாடப் புத்தகத்தில் அச்சிடப்பட்டிருக்கும், அதற்கான விளக்கத்தை உரைகளில் தேடி படிக்கும் வகையில் இருந்தது. தற்போது திருக்குறள், அதன் பொருள் விளக்கம், சொல் விளக்கம் போன்ற அனைத்தும் சேர்த்து பாடப் புத்தகங்களில் அச்சிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. தேர்வுகளிலும் திருக்குறள் தொடர்பான வினாக்கள் கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன" என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இதைப் பதிவு செய்து கொண்டு வழக்கை முடித்து நீதிபதிகள் உத்தரவிட்டனர்.

தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட மற்றும் பழங்குடியினருக்கான பின்னடைவு காலிப் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டு வருவதாக தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளா் தோ்வாணையம் (டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி) தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

தோ்வாணைய செயலா் ச.கோபாலசுந்தரராஜ் திங்கள்கிழமை வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பு:

நேரடி நியமனங்களில் சமூக நீதியை வலுப்படுத்த தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளா் தோ்வாணையம் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறது. அதன்படி, ஒருங்கிணைந்த பொறியியல் பணிகள் தோ்வு மூலம் தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட மற்றும் பழங்குடியினருக்கான பின்னடைவு காலிப் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பும் வகையில், 50 போ் தோ்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனா்.

மேலும், நிகழாண்டு குரூப் 1 தோ்வு மூலம் 12 குறைவு இடங்களும், குரூப் 2 தோ்வு மூலம் 135 இடங்களும், குரூப் 4 தோ்வு மூலம் 434 இடங்களும் என மொத்தம் 581 பின்னடைவு காலிப் பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

மேலும், தொழில்நுட்பப் பணியிடங்களிலும் பின்னடைவு காலியிடங்களை நிரப்ப நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருவதாக அந்த செய்திக் குறிப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
